– this is what our guest should feel in our family-friendly Landhaus – sitting on our 21.000 sqft lot on the edge of the National Park town Schwollen.

The exclusive  holiday house „Heinrich“ with its bay windows and natural slate roof, clay ceiling, ecological roof insulation and the warmth of the steatite oven create an atmosphere of coziness.

In the  eco-apartment „Melanie“ you’ll find a real wood floor, organic paints and clay stucco for a healthy room climate – the best condition for a wonderful deep sleep.

Dish washer, flat screen and free Wi-Fi are complementary in all our holiday flats.

All units are connected with a generous created recreational outside area. It’s a great way for group holidays of up to 10 people, who like to spend some time together or want to celebrate in our framework style party „Schopp“ (shed).

Our in-house sauna with a built-in rest area features a „Hundertwasser“ art theme. The boule game area (french ball throwing game) and BBQ area with hut next to the play ground help to facilitate relaxation and recovery from your everyday life.

In town you’ll find a bakery, a restaurant and several mineral springs as well as a modern community-owned outdoor swimming pool.

Nature, fresh and clear air from the surrounding highlands invite you to ride your bicycle and go on hikes at the nearby Sirona-Weg, a 65 mile ancient hiking trail as well as the “Saar-Hunsrück-Climb” with its dream loops, the National Park “Hunsrück-Hochwald“ and the Nature Park „Saar-Hunrück“. Right outside your front door you’ll find the newly established mountain bike course „Rund um den Zauberwald“.

Just a few clicks away you’ll find the mineral, gemstone and jewelry metropolis Idar-Oberstein, winter sport center “Erbeskopf”, the German Gemstone Route, celtic circular stone wall Otzenhausen and the Bostalsee, a water sports and outdoor recreation area.

The rivers Moselle, Nahe, Saar and Rhine invite you to day trips to the cities of Trier, Bernkastel-Kues, Cochem, Bad Kreuznach, Saarburg, Mettlach, Saarbrücken, Mainz and the UNESCO world heritage site “Upper Middle Rhine Valley“. Since our facilities are located in the tri-border area day trips to Luxembourg and France are worthwhile your time.
